2026 Regional Board Meeting

BROTHERS,

 

I hope all is well.  This communication serves as official notice of the 2026 Gulf Coast Region Annual Board Meeting, scheduled for Saturday, November 7, 2026, in Shreveport/Bossier City, Louisiana.

As communicated previously, all Chapter Presidents or a Chapter Representative serving as a delegate for the Chapter are required to attend this meeting. Additionally, any financial Brother is welcome to attend.

As we finalize the details for the meeting, we are asking all Brothers who are required to attend, as well as those planning to attend, to complete the registration form so that we can properly prepare and accommodate everyone.

There will be no virtual option for Brothers who are required to attend.

 

REGISTRATION & HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

You must register by October 9, 2026, to receive accommodations.

You must register by October 9th to receive accommodations. Once you complete the registration form, those requesting hotel accommodations will receive the hotel booking link embedded on the registration confirmation page, along with a reminder email containing the booking link. You may use the link to reserve your room if you plan to stay overnight on Friday, November 6th, and/or Saturday, November 7th. 

Hotel room allocations are limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

MEETING LOCATION INFORMATION

Date: Saturday, November 7, 2026
Location: SporTran City
Address: 1253 Texas Avenue, Shreveport, LA 71101
Parking: Free parking is available across from the building.

 

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

Brothers needing hotel accommodations may reserve a room at Bally’s Shreveport Casino & Hotel through the Regional room block. The hotel booking link will be provided after registration.

• Room Block Dates: November 6–7, 2026

• Group Rate: $135.00 per night (not including resort fees)

• Estimated Total: $168.42 per night, including resort fee and excluding applicable taxes
   

Collegiate Brothers Under 21: If you require hotel accommodations, you may need to contact your sponsored Alumni Chapter for assistance with your reservation. Bally’s advises that children 21 and younger may stay free in existing bedding when sharing a room with a paying adult.

Additional information regarding the agenda and detailed schedule will be provided as plans are finalized.
