Hotel Registration Information

How do I register for a hotel stay for the conference?

After completing your conference registration, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to book a hotel room at one of our partner hotels. Please use this link to access discounted conference rates. Hotel reservations are handled separately from conference registration and are subject to availability.

  • Hotel booking deadline: April 3, 2026

  • Cancellation policy: Reservations may be canceled without penalty through April 29, 2026.

Why should I register for a hotel through the conference link instead of booking on my own?
While Brothers and guests have the right to select their own accommodations, booking through the official conference hotel link provides several important advantages. The Conference Planning Committee has negotiated a special conference rate at the Hilton Lincoln Center, offering exceptional value while securing critical benefits that support the quality, coordination, and overall success of the event.

Rates found through third-party booking sites or directly on the hotel’s website may appear comparable, but they often come with strict restrictions, including non-refundable terms and limited cancellation options. In contrast, the conference-negotiated rate provides greater flexibility and protection, ensuring your accommodations are secure while directly supporting the success of the conference.

For these reasons, the Committee strongly encourages all attendees to book through the official conference hotel link.

These advantages will significantly enhance the experience for the Brotherhood and all guests in attendance:

  1. Discounted rates: The Hilton Lincoln Center has been working with us to offer a special conference rates lower than standard pricing.

  2. Guaranteed availability: We were able to reserve a blocked number of rooms for conference attendees, which may sell out or even overbook if you book elsewhere.

  3. Simplified billing and support: The conference team can assist with booking issues or changes if you use the official link.

  4. Access to group perks: All conference-related amenities—including hotel guest rooms, meeting space, meals, and parking—are provided through a contractual agreement between the Region and the Hilton Lincoln Centre. Registering for the conference and booking accommodations through the official conference hotel link ensures these arrangements are fully honored and supports the detailed planning required to deliver a successful, well-organized conference experience for our Brothers and guests.

  5. Hotel Parking Rates: Parking is provided for all attendees at a cost of $6.00/night.
