Bro. Howard J. Redmond Jr. is the Gulf Coast Regional Director of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. Bro. Redmond was initiated in the Summer of 1997 through the Nu Xi chapter at Colorado State University and is a member of the Omicron Sigma Alumni chapter in Lewisville, Texas. Bro. Redmond has served as 1st Vice Regional Director of Gulf Coast Region, Lone Star State Bigger Better Business Director , Lone Star Stare Collegiate Affairs Director, and past president of Omicron Sigma. Bro. Redmond was a part of Cohort 1 of Phi Beta Sigma Emerging Leadership Program.
Joe Roland IV currently serves as the regional director of education for the Gulf Coast Region. Joe also serves as the Gulf Coast representative for the national education board and has launched what will soon be a national program, Sigma Hour of Code, a STEM program that introduces computer science to young men and women of color. In his tenure Joe’s educational team has given out over 8,000 books to schools in impoverished areas.
Terence Parker currently serves as the First Vice Regional Director for the Gulf Coast Region. Terence is a member of the International Membership Committee and his primary responsibility is membership growth for the region. During his tenure, the membership of the region has grown over 1,600 financial members.

Bro. Joseph Sias is the current Louisiana State Director serving his second term. Bro. Sias was a member of the Sigma Beta Club for six years and was initiated in the Spring of 2002 through the Iota Iota chapter at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and is a member of the Iota Xi Sigma Alumni chapter in Lafayette, LA. Bro. Sias has served in many capacities throughout the fraternity to include serving as collegiate Chapter President, Alumni Vice President, Alumni President, State Secretary, Collegiate Advisor, Associate State Director, and State Director. Bro. Sias has been married to Ivy Sias for over 7 years and they have 3 children, son Carter, daughter Ryan, and son Owen due October 2020. Bro. Sias has a BA in Liberal Arts History and Graphic Design and currently works in Logistics and Graphics.
On April 13, 1991, I became a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc at the University of Oklahoma. Since becoming a member, I have held leadership positions as well as Chapter and Regional committee assignments. Upon joining Omicron Sigma Chapter, I have served as Second Vice President and Director of Bigger and Better Business. I have served on the Phi Beta Sigma International Human Resources Committee for four years as well as Gulf Coast Regional Nomination Committee in 2017. I have also been proactive in driving change in Omicron Sigma and helping it become the chapter it is today. For this work, as well as fostering Brotherhood relationships, I have been honored with the President’s Award in 2017 at the Joint Founders Day Luncheon.
Bro. Eric Hill was initiated into Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc in the Spring of 1998 through the Theta Rho Chapter at Sam Houston State University. Bro. Hill is a proud member of the Eta Rho Sigma Chapter in Houston, Texas. Bro Hill currently serves on the National Risk Management Team as an Investigator and as a Collegiate Advisor for the Theta Rho Chapter at Sam Houston State.
Allan Stone was Initiated into Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. In Spring 2014 at the University of New Mexico. He is one of the charter members for the Gamma Zeta Gamma chapters at UNM. Allan is a member of the Nu Nu Sigma alumni chapter in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He currently serves as the New Mexico State Director.
