Gulf Coast Region Operations Support
​
Annually the Gulf Coast Region of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. executes and supports region wide philanthropic efforts under the programmatic thrusts of Bigger and Better Business, Education, and Social Action and additional youth development and community enhancement programs accross the states of Texas, Louisiana, and New Mexico.
Gulf Coast Region Scholarship Funds

Annually the Gulf Coast Region of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. provides scholarships to hardworking men and women at the High School and Collegiate levels in support of our Regional Programmatic Education Initiative.
Gulf Coast Region Capital Campaign​
Initiated in 2010, by the 13th Gulf Coast Regional Director, Bro. Thomas Edwards, the Gulf Coast Region Capital Campaign inititiative seeks to galvanize support from every chapter in the Gulf Coast Region to assist in providng better quality efforts towards scholarship within the states of Texas, Louisiana, and New Mexico.
International Scholarship Support
In an effort to exemplify and emphasize our International Principle of Scholarship, Phi Beta Sigma provides scholarships nationwide to outstanding and deserving students.
Gulf Coast Region Sigma Beta Club Activities Support
For over 70 years, the backbone of our Fraternity's Youth Development efforts has been the Sigma Beta Club. We are dedicated to as much support as possible to our Sigma Betas within the Gulf Coast Region to ensure their future success.
Gulf Coast Region Foundation 501-c3 Fund
The Gulf Coast Region Foundation exist is a separate non-profit 501-c3 for the purposes of the development and execution of quality support within our Texas, Louisiana, and New Mexico communities.
Gulf Coast Region Veterans and Civil Service Support
Our men and women in uniform sacrifice daily for our freedoms, safety, and peace of mind. We are thankful to each and every one of them and want them to know we care greatly for them and sincerely appreciate them.

The Gulf Coast Regional Conference exist as the largest annual gathering of men of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Incorporated accross the states of Texas, Louisiana, and New Mexico for the purposes of consolidating positive ideas and standardizing information, efforts, proceedures, and initiatives.
Gulf Coast Regional Board Meeting​
The Gulf Coast Regional Board Meeting exist as an annual meeting reserved for the physical gathering of every member of the Gulf Coast Regional Board in order to prepare for the standardized and efficient execution of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity operations accross the Gulf Coast Region.
Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Incorporated International Conclave

The International Conclave exists as the largest annual gathering of men of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Incorporated, worldwide for the purposes of consolidating positive ideas and standardizing information, efforts, proceedurs, and initiatives globaly.
Texas State Conference
The Texas State Conference exist as the largest annual gathering of men of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Incorporated accross the state of Texas for the purposes of consolidating positive ideas and standardizing information, efforts, proceedures, and initiatives.
Louisiana State Conference

The Louisiana State Conference exist as the largest annual gathering of men of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Incorporated accross the state of Louisiana for the purposes of consolidating positive ideas and standardizing information, efforts, proceedures, and initiatives.
New Mexico State Conference

The New Mexico State Conference exist as the largest annual gathering of men of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Incorporated accross the state of New Mexico for the purposes of consolidating positive ideas and standardizing information, efforts, proceedures, and initiatives.

Annual Membrship Assessments
Annual International Membership Dues: Annually, each member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Incorporated must satisfy his international, regional, and local chapter membership dues requirements in order to retain his status as a financially active member of the fraternity. Any member who does not meet this requirement does not meet the minimum eligibility requirements for him to official represent or take part in official Phi Beta Sigma functions. Any chapter that does not meet this requirement does not meet the minimum eligibility requirements to conduct, host, or take part in any functions as an official chapter using the name of Phi Beta Sigma Fraernity, Incorporated or participate in any function with any other organization as an official Phi Beta Sigma chapter. Annual Chapter Liability Insurance Assessment: Annually, each chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Incorporated must satisfy the international insurance assessment requirement in order to retain the chapter's status as a financially active entity of the fraternity. Any chapter that does not meet this requirement does not meet the minimum eligibility requirements to conduct, host, or take part in any functions as an official chapter using the name of Phi Beta Sigma Fraernity, Incorporated or participate in any function with any other organization as an official Phi Beta Sigma chapter. Chapters are delinquent in their insurance fees are not covered under the Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Incorporated Insurance Policy. Continued participation with an uninsured chapter is prohibited. Conclave Absentee Fee: Each chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Incorporated must satisfy the international attendance requirement for the International Conclave in order to retain the chapter's status as a financially active entity of the fraternity. Any chapter that does not meet this requirement does not meet the minimum eligibility requirements to conduct, host, or take part in any functions as an official chapter using the name of Phi Beta Sigma Fraernity, Incorporated or participate in any function with any other organization as an official Phi Beta Sigma chapter. Chapters that are not represented at the International Conclave will become delinquent and subject to Internationally approved absentee fees and are not covered under the Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Incorporated Insurance Policy.
